THIS IS ME...
The most important part of my life began when I was 12 years old. My brother and a few friends formed a punk rock band called MAP and I was following them wherever they would play. I was taking pictures of them and that's how I broke into the punk rock scene of Quebec. Everytime there would be a show I was there taking pictures, even though I sometimes didn't know the bands that were playing. It was like a big party for me cause I got to know everyone there. So that's how I developed the art of photography.
Later, one of my best friends at the time (Marie Lamonde) , who was doing
all the poster drawings for the shows, gave me the urge to draw. It was in
1998 that I made my first drawing of John, who was playing with Bigwig at
the time. When they came back a year later, they had surprised me by putting
it on their new album, Stay Asleep. Since then, I got better and now draw
for punk rock bands and a few skaters. I also design clothes. To name only
a few bands, I also drew for Gob, Mad Caddies, Strung Out and for the skateboarders
Nick Côté and Rick Mercier.
